Dealing or not dealing with issues
Beast Boy sat in his room. It was one of the few times he wasn’t hopping around like he was hyped up on sugar or something. It was over a month ago, but it felt like just yesterday. He had seen her. Terra… She wanted nothing to do with him. She said she didn’t know him or remember anything about being Terra. He knew the truth. She wanted to sever her ties to him, the Titans and Slade…
“Slade.” He growled through clenched teeth. How much he wanted to make that guy pay for what he did to Terra, to Robin, to Raven, to… him. He ruined everything. He messed with Terra’s head and now, she was gone. The Titans tower felt like something was missing. The earthquake machine they had stopped today reminded him of it all. He thought he had dealt with it. Pushed the pain out and moved on. Apparently he hadn’t.
The alarm sounded which meant there was more trouble. Beastboy fell back on his bed and groaned. “Man… cant a guy mope in peace?” He heaved a sigh, jumped to his feet and raced out the door. When he arrived as the other Titans were already gathered around, he heard the word bank. He raced into the semicircle his team formed. “Which bank?”
Cyborg turned to him with a confused expression. “The blood bank.”
Robin arched his brow. “Who would attack a blood bank?” He moved closer to the monitor, narrowing his eyes at the screen.
Beast Boy smirked. “I bet it’s some evil vampire, getting his supply of food for his growing army of undead!” He pantomimed a zombie, even thought he knew the difference. It got the point across!
Raven shook her head, and opened her mouth to speak, but stopped as their leader turned toward them.
“It doesn’t matter, Titans go!” Robin sprint toward the hall. Followed by three of the titans.
Beast Boy sighed again. “Right. Go.” He morphed into a green dog and raced after the other Titans.
